Hi, Norm...
I've sent all of the flight schools a copy of your latest illustration, and I've asked them to have their students use the marsh areas as much as possible. I will follow-up with them on your latest observations in an effort to determine what's going on... thanks very much for input...
Regards,
Steven

Subject: Aircraft Noise and Voluntary Noise Abatement
Steven,
The past two days, Wed. and Thu 3/28 and 3/29 almost 75% or more of the
repeating flight schools, almost all Euro School aircraft and some Embry Riddle
have not followed the requested noise abatement path. Today, Thursday, in the
afternoon I sit in my living room and can hear two and sometimes three aircraft
as they approach and then fly over my house.
The previous day, I was out on the Tomoka River fishing directly east and north
of my home on Shockney Dr. and I could see the aircraft not going out over the
marshland and cutting back early on their flights over Tomoka Estates.
When you go to one of your local meetings with the aircraft schools and if you
mention about this – if they deny doing this, please let me know and I will
begin more documentation to show they may be in fact saying they do but don’t.
Thanks.
Norm Echelberry/Tomoka Estates
