Mr. Kelley:

Flight school plane noise has become intolerable.  The constant obnoxious noise has increased daily.  Many mornings flight school planes wake us shortly after 7 am and many nights they drone on over our home until 10 or 11 pm.  Mr. Lichliter tells me he asks them to conform to the flight path and yet the flight school planes continue to fly directly over our home.  Mr Echelberry documents the planes with photos and nothing happens.  Any flight school owners who claim that their planes do not violate flight paths simply lie.  Flight school pilots arrogantly do as they please because they know they face no consequences for their acts.

 Embry Riddle planes are among the planes flying directly over our home.  All that pompous talk from their representative during the months of meetings about the problem ring hollow now.

 Last evening we unsuccessfully attempted dinner and conversation on our porch.  Conversation was impossible because of constant obnoxious noise from flight school planes flying directly over our home.  As you know, our home is not even near the flight path.  The value of our homes and quality of our lives diminish daily because of flight school planes violating the flight path.  It is long past time for you to bring flight school owners into city hall and put an end to this completely unacceptable situation.
