3/20/12 Email from Ormond Beach Mayor Kelley to Charles Russell and others

 

Mr. Russell, we were advised that air traffic would be increasing for a few weeks, sorry that the planes create that problem. As you should know what we (The City) are up against dealing with Federal Government control of the airspace.

  Steven continues to communicate with the flight schools in asking them to abide by the "Voluntary" flight paths. We take you concerns seriously and do all that we can to seek compliance with the "Voluntary" flight paths.

 As a side note I hear the planes as well but did not last night as the wind must have favored your area.
