2/15/2012 Email received from resident about noise problems

Today I sent the following message to the Ormond Beach Web site.

 From early morning today (02-15-12) until now (5 pm) flight school planes have flown directly over our home.  Our home is no where near the alleged flight path.  A twin engine plane that Steve identified as from Flagler flew over our home at a height of no more than 300 feet several times.  Single engine planes flew from west to east and then later from east to west over our home.  The constant, obnoxious and loud noise has intruded into our home all day.  The problem with flight school planes is as bad, if not worse, than prior to the weeks of meetings about noise control.  Very clear to me is the fact that flight school owners and pilots have absolutely no interest in following the flight paths they pledge to follow.
