Subject: Weekend report

 Steven,
I didn’t send this to a group email, since it only involved one aircraft.
The weekend was pretty quiet except for one twin engine aircraft, N2247B, D & L Leasing/Ormond Beach.
This airplane made several low passes directly over my home and did not follow the requested path.
This occurred:
Saturday, June 7 from about 12:37 pm to 12:45 pm
Sunday, June 8 from about 12:00 to 12:10 pm
There was only one occupant in the airplane, which could have been a student. The first pass over the house was so low that if I knew it was coming in that low, I would have grabbed the camera but didn’t have time to get it and make a low flying aircraft complaint with the FAA.  I am aware of the procedures for that.
There was only one other aircraft from Embry Riddle, N440ER that twice I saw he was not following the path but he wasn’t over my home. It took off and made it’s turn from the east to go south and back west over US 1 up by Airport Road.
